Each start is grouped by how many starts the goalie made in a rolling 14-day window. The groups are light (1–2), normal (3–4), heavy (5) and overworked (6+). The table compares save% in each group with the goalie's rested save%. It groups starts by workload. It is not a last-14-days view.
